WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• CV/Resume (PDF, 1-2 pages): If applying for a nail technician or hairstyling role, include photos of your best work.
• Photocopy of ID Card
• Localisation Plan: A simple sketch or address details of where you live.
• Handwritten Cover Letter: Share your life mission, how you grow daily, and why SPECTRA BEAUTÉ fits into your journey.

Our Selection Process

STEP 1 – APPLICATION:

Submit your CV and cover letter online. If you’re applying for a technical role, don’t forget to attach images showcasing your work.

STEP 2 – SHORTLISTING:

Applications are reviewed, and selected candidates are contacted for the next step.

STEP 3 – INTERVIEW:

Shortlisted applicants undergo 2-4 rounds of interviews with our Culture and Executive Teams.

STEP 4 – PRACTICAL TEST:

For hands-on roles (nail technicians, aestheticians, hairstylists, hospitality), a practical test is required. Other positions may have verbal or written assessments.

STEP 5 – REFERENCE CHECKS:

Final candidates will need to provide references from previous supervisors or peers.

STEP 6 – THE OFFER
